HOW YOU CAN PLACE YOUR
ORDER:

Please find hereby 3 ways on how to place your order:
1st Option:
You send send us your order via email, fax or just
call.
You will be sent a confirmation of your order VAT and post and packing included.
You transfer the amount to our bank account, and we'll post your order as soon
as we perceived the payment.
During promotion campaigns, we deliver without
additional fees from 50€ order upwards within the Grand-Duchy.

• We do only deliver within Luxemburg - If you are from any other country,
please refer to the 3rd option.
• To our rates well be added the fees for posting and packing
• Due to our lean structure please payments only in advance
• As soon as our bank confirms you your money transfer, your order will be shipped
within 3 working days, except backorders.

directly at our place
So you may economise the p&p fees.
Please just make an appointment.
Beside info sessions and trainings for
our business partners, we make house calls as well. That's why you might not
join us on the phone. In that case, please leave a message on our mailbox on the
mobile 021 21 17 17 or 021 21 16 16 and tell us when we may reach you - we'll
call back as soon as possible.
Accordingly to the rules of our main business partner Forever Living Products,
we agree not to sell our products via a real automated online internet shop.
That's why, unless you ask for a distributorship (3rd option) you always need to
contact us personally.

Immediately with you first order, you are considered as a distributor and you
pay wholesale prices.
In clear, that means that for orders placed within Luxemburg, with a minimum of
100€, you pay 30% off, no other fees.
NO obligations for follow-up orders, no subscriptions, however full Quality
Guarantee, as well as "satisfied or money back Guarantee" within 30 days date of
having received your order.
